Considering the fact that the Petitioner has preferred an Appeal (Dairy) No. 410 of 2025 before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (DRAT), we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. 2.

It is informed that presently the charge of the DRAT, Mumbai is with the DRAT, Chennai. It is open for the Petitioner to make a request for consideration of the Interim Application preferred by the Petitioner. The prayer in the Interim Application be considered expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks from the production of this order before the DRAT.
