The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has drawn our attention to prayer clauses (a) and (b). He submits that a representation, which was solicited by the Competent Authority of the Corporation, is believed to have been submitted on 21st March, 2025. He prays for an early decision in the pending Appeal lodged on 23rd September, 2024 with Respondent No.1. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.1 to follow the due procedure laid down in the law and by granting a reasonable opportunity of
