The Petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 are lady teachers who are covered by the Government Resolution dated 15th February, 2018 which mandates that the lady teachers would not be posted in difficult area/hilly region. Petitioner No.6 is a physically challenged person and he would fall within the ambit of the Government Nikita

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Petitioners cases would be considered in the light of the Government Resolutions applicable and the policies introduced by the State government, during the ensuing Annual General Transfers. 4.

We need to record that since, Petitioners Nos. 1 to 5 are lady teachers and they cannot be posted in the hilly region/ or difficult areas, we expect the Zilla Parishad to bring them out of such regions in the ensuing Annual General Transfers. 5.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
