According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after obtaining possession of the secured asset on 27th September 2024, the petitioner has been dispossessed at the instance of respondent nos.5 and 6. He however submits that report has not yet been lodged with the Police Authorities. 3.

It is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for reporting its dispossession.
