Challenge in this writ petition is to an order passed by the Additional Commissioner in exercise of powers under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, against which the petitioners have remedy of filing second revision application before the State Government.

Hence, by keeping all questions open raised by the petitioners in this writ petition open to be agitated before the State Government, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

However, if the petitioner files revision application along with application for interim relief, such interim relief shall be considered by the revisional authority within two weeks from the
