Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners seek a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to demolish or relocate the structure which is the subject matter of this petition which according to the learned counsel for the petitioners is illegal and unauthorised.

The petitioners preferred the legal notice dated 16/01/2025 for initiating appropriate action against the subject structure.

In the light of the averments made in the petition and the submissions made, the respondent No.1 or the authority delegated by respondent No.1 to look into the representation in the form of legal notice dated 16/01/2025 which is at page 40 of the paperbook and if he finds any substance in the contention, then after following due process and upon hearing the petitioners as well as those who are likely to be affected, the respondent No.1 or the authority delegated by the respondent No.1 may take action in accordance with law. The representation at page 40 may be looked into expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of.
