An arguable question is raised as to whether the learned Civil Judge could have rejected the application in the light of the deposition of the cadestal surveyor, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 7 for final disposal, returnable on 30 April 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the Petitioner is at liberty to serve the Respondents by private service and file an affidavit of service. 5.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Petition.
