In this petition, on 24th March 2025, this Court issued notice and granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). The same has continued till today.

The respondent Nos.2 to 5 are represented by Counsel, who has instructions to make a statement that the petition itself can be disposed of by continuing the interim relief, but at the same time, by directing respondent No.19 to decide the revision proceedings BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2025.06.18 15:01:23 +0530 BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI at the earliest, in a time bound manner.

It appears that respondent No.1 is a contesting respondent. Service on respondent Nos.1 and 6 to 18 is awaited, while respondent No.19 is represented by the learned AGP.

In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to serve respondent Nos.1 and 6 to 18 by way of private service and to file an affidavit of service within three weeks from today. 5.

List for further consideration on 10th July 2025 (High on Board).
