The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Central Railway, submits that the Railway Board will have to consider the positive recommendations made by Respondent No.2. 3.

In view of the above and considering that Train No. 11120 (Igatpuri-Bhusawal Up Memo) and Train No. 11119

Trupti 24-wp-3889-2025.odt (Bhusawal -Igatpuri Down Memo) used to halt at Ugaon Railway Station prior to the National lock down due to the Covid pandemic, that we are granting 60 days time to the Railway Board to take a decision on the said representation and in the light of the positive recommendations.
