This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the limited relief that the appeal filed by the petitioner being Appeal No.38 of 2024 be decided by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee. 2.

We have been informed by learned Counsel Mr. Kini, appearing for the petitioner that the appeal now has been decided on 29 May 2025. The petitioner is now desirous of assailing the orders of the AGRC and for that the petitioner would be required to file substantive writ petition and if so, filed, the same is required to be heard by the learned Single Judge.

In this view of the matter, keeping open all contentions of the petitioner and other parties on the orders passed by the AGRC, we dispose of this petition. No costs.

In view of the disposal of this petition, Interim Application would not survive. It is accordingly disposed of.
