The principal contention raised on behalf of the petitioner is that although the specific objection pertaining to lack of pecuniary jurisdiction of the State Consumer Commission, was taken on behalf of the petitioner, there was no deliberation on the same in the impugned order and hence, the impugned order is vitiated. 3.
