This petition challenges the order of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal passed on 14.07.2017 and also the appointment of respondent No. 4 on the post of Police Patil made in the year 2016. 2.

There is absolutely no explanation of delay of about 9 years in filing the petition. The writ petition is therefore dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
