The learned AGP waives for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and upon instructions from Respondent No.4, submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. The said statement is taken as an undertaking to dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No.4 to decide the proposal dated 16.04.2025 within a period of eight weeks from today.
