The grievance of the petitioner is essentially with respect to Condition No.1 of tender notice setting out the terms and conditions of participation in the tender issued by Shri Vitthal Rukmini Mandir Samiti, Pandharpur i.e. respondent No.2 for the year 2025-2026.
The condition with which the petitioner is aggrieved, is Condition No.1, which disqualifies the petitioner from even participating in the tender process. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has submitted the online form for the said tender.
Mr. Surana, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, on instructions, states that the petitioner will be allowed to participate in the tender process and that the petitioner's bid will be considered on its own merits in accordance with law. Statement accepted.
