After hearing the learned Counsels for the parties and the learned AGP, we are satisfied that the Petition can be disposed of in same terms as in the Order dated 14/09/2023 passed by this Court in the case of Heena Kausar Mohammad Riyaz v/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ Petition No. 8534 of 2023 and other connected Petitions). 2.

In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus : "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to exercise the jurisdiction vested in it under Art 226 of Constitution of Talwalkar

920.WP3940.2025.odt India and issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate directions/writ/order whereby directing the Respondent No-1 and 2 to allow the Petitioners to get their names registered in Pavitra Portal based on their academic qualification/eligibility as per notification dated 31.01.2023.
