Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, in particular, the two submissions; (i) that the majority had opposed the Resolution appointing a private agency in the recruitment process and (ii) there is no provision to appoint a private agency to conduct the recruitment process, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 not to appoint/continue with the recruitment process, till the next date.
