In this matter, we are satisfied that the petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy available under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. There is no good reason stated why such remedies should be bypassed.

On this short ground, we decline to entertain this petition. However, we grant the petitioner leave to avail of such alternate remedies. We clarify that we have not examined the matter on merits and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open. (Jitendra Jain, J) (M.S. Sonak, J)
