Challenge in these writ petitions is to an order passed the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Wadala, Mumbai dated 27 November 2019 issuing certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

The petitioner states that revision against the certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies

However, all questions raised by the petitioner on merits are kept open to be agitated before the revisional authority. 4.
