The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 18.03.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in Revision No. 66/2025 whereby Petitioners prayer for stay to impugned order in Revision was rejected.

The learned Advocate for Respondent submits that in fact proceedings before Divisional Commissioner is infructuous in view of supervening events. 3.

In that view of matter, instead of delving into rival contentions of parties, Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to learned Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide Revision No.66/2025 expeditiously and in any case, within a period of two months from today. 4.

The interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2025 shall remain in force till disposal of Revision. 5.
