In this petition, on 25.03.2025, while issuing notice, this Court granted interim order in favour of the petitioner, whereby, his service is protected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would retire on 31.10.2025 and requests this court to consider the petition at the earliest so that pension papers of the petitioner can be processed. Learned counsel also submits that the son of the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No. 1702 of 2025 and prays that in the interest of justice, the said petition may also be taken up for consideration alongwith this petition.

List this petition alongwith Writ Petition No. 1702 of 2025 for hearing and disposal on 29.08.2025, in the same category.
