This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays that the Civil Judge Senior Division, Palghar be directed to decide an application filed below Exhibit No. 140 dated 5 February 2021 & Exhibit No. 173 dated 15 November 2021 in Special Civil Suit No.24 of 2020 expeditiously. As it is in interim application filed in a Civil Suit which is of the year of 2020. We are of the opinion that the learned Civil Judge Senior Division shall take up the said application and after hearing the parties pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from today. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 2.
