After hearing the learned Counsels for the parties and the learned AGP, we are satisfied that the Petition can be disposed of in same terms as in the Order dated 14/09/2023 passed by this Court in the case of Heena Kausar Mohammad Riyaz v/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ Petition No. 8534 of 2023 and other connected Petitions). 3.
In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) which reads thus : Talwalkar
505.WP4016.2025.odt B] By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature the respondent be directed to allow the petitioner to do self registration in the second phase of recruitment of Shikshan Sevaks/ Teachers through Pavitra Portal, pursuant to the notification dated 10.03.2025 and the Petitioner further be allowed to participate in the further recruitment process in the said second phase.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. 5.
