Heard Mr. Prashant Yadav, learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Mr. Deolekar, learned AGP states that no copy has been served in the Government Pleader's office. This appears to be correct. The copy should have been served to the Government Pleader's office. The learned counsel for the Petitioners produces endorsement of service on Respondents No.1 to 4 but that by itself may not be sufficient.

Mr. Yadav states that today itself he will furnish a copy to Mr. Deolekar so that Mr. Deolekar is in a position to obtain instructions.

Mr. Deolekar now accepts service on behalf of Respondents No.1 to 3.

Issue notice to Respondents No.4 and 5 returnable on 17th April, 2025.

The notices to indicate that this petition would be finally disposed of at the admission stage. If any of the Respondents wish to file any replies, they should serve and file such replies by 9th April, 2025. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the compensation amount has till date not been disbursed to Respondent No.5. If so, the Respondents No.1 to 3 should ensure that no amount is disbursed either to the Petitioners or to the 5th Respondent or to any other parties without obtaining leave of this Court.

Mr. Yadav states that immediate steps will be taken to serve Respondents No.4 and 5. In addition to the usual mode of service, private service is also allowed. The Petitioners must file an affidavit of service.

List the petition on 17th April, 2025.
