Heard Mr. Rui Rodrigues, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. This Court, on 11th July, 2024 in an earlier round of Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner had specifically directed the Education Officer in Paragraph No.4 that if there are any other grounds on which he intends to return or reject the proposal, the same was to be communicated to the Education Institute within a period of 3 weeks. Having perused the impugned order dated 14th Kartikeya

920-WP-4021-2025.odt January, 2025, it appears that the grounds on which the proposal is rejected was not communicated to the Management in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court. In this view of the matter, the impugned order dated 14th January, 2025, which is at Page No.56 of this paper-book is quashed and set aside. The impugned order dated 14th January, 2025 may now be treated as a show cause notice to the Management and the Petitioner. In respect of the deficiencies therein necessary compliances/responses can be offered. The Management as well as the Petitioner should remain present before the Education Officer on 28th March, 2025 at 11 a.m. After hearing the Petitioner as well as the Management and after informing them the deficiencies, if any, in the proposal and also after giving them an opportunity of curing the defects, the Education Officer to decide the proposal within a period of four weeks from 28th March, 2025. 2.

This Petition is disposed of. No costs.
