We are informed that connected Writ Petition No. 1408 of 2025 is listed on 7th April, 2025. List the present Writ Petition along with Writ Petition No. 1408 of 2025 on 7th April, 2025. 2.

Our attention is invited to the order dated 5th February, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 1408 of 2025, wherein Ad-Interim Relief was granted. The learned AGP submitted that though the Petitioners in this Petition are similarly placed as the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1408 of 2025, the reason for which the Ad-Interim protection was granted to the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1408/2025 no more survives. However, considering that the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1408 of 2025 are protected and the same issue is involved in the present Petition as well, we deem it appropriate to pass similar order of Ad-Interim Relief and protect the Petitioners in this Petition on the same term as in Writ Petition No. 1408 of 2025. Accordingly, status quo to be maintained with regard to these Petitioners and they be permitted to work in the same schools until further orders. The allotment letters would be kept in abeyance.
