Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2.
A limited relief in this petition is to direct the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai to hear the Notice of Motion in S.C.S. No. 642 of 2025.
3.
Perused the roznama of the proceeding dated 18th March, 2025.
4.
It seems that by an order on praecipe, the learned Judge, City Civil Court has refused to hear the Notice of Motion on the ground that urgency has not been made out and posted the matter on 16th April, 2025.
5.
Since the plaintiff apprehends adverse action in the interregnum, it would be appropriate that the Notice of Motion is heard for ad-interim relief by the City Civil Court. Vishal Parekar, PS ...1
