The Reference Court, by the impugned order, rejected petitioners' application to implead petitioners as party to the Reference. However, this will not preclude the petitioners from applying for Reference for adjudicating their rights in the amount which is part of Award passed by the Authorities under the Act. 2.

Hence, by keeping open the petitioners' right to apply for Reference being referred to the Court under Section 13 of the Act, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
