The order impugned remands the proceedings back to the Inquiry Committee to hold a fresh inquiry considering the reasons assigned by the School Tribunal in paragraph 50. The School Tribunal has directed that the petitioner be treated as an employee under suspension, and he will be entitled to suspension allowance as per Rules.

The Management shall comply with clause-5 of the impugned order in its letter and spirit.

3.

Considering the above, the inquiry shall be completed within three months from today.
