Mr. Surel Shah, learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Order dated 23rd April 2025 passed by this Court has not been fully complied with. He submits that Rs.75,00,000/- has been already deposited in this Court and Demand Draft of Rs.10,00,000/- is ready.

The same be deposited in the Registry on or before 1st December 2025. The amount deposited in this Court is permitted to be withdrawn by the Petitioner.

Mr. Girish Godbole, learned Senior Counsel submits that even by taking into consideration deposit of amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, till date the arrears are Rs.32,50,000/-. The said aspect can be examined afterwards.
