The Petitioner prays that the proposal forwarded by the Management on 15th September, 2023 to the Principal Secretary, School Education and Sports Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai-32, be decided within a time frame. The learned AGP submits that this Court may grant a reasonable time and the department would decide the proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law. 2.
