Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and in considering the issue of limitation to exclude the time spent in bonafide pursuing the present Writ Petition in this Court. 2.

In view thereof, leave is granted. The Writ Petition No.4065 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy namely before the CAT. The CAT shall exclude the time spent by the Petitioner in bonafide pursuing the present Writ Petition before this Court in considering the issue of limitation. 3.
