The daughter and two biological brothers of the Petitioner have been granted validity certificates. It is canvassed before us that one of the members of the Committee, Ms. Ujwala Sapkale, Member Secretary, was refusing to grant the certificate on SUNNY THOTE

38-WP-4077-2025-(C).odt the ground that the Petitioner is in Employment and is not taking education. The the claim is rejected by the impugned order because the verification report of the grandfather's Gaon Namuna-14 is not tendered. The impugned order dated 12th September, 2024, was supplied to the Petitioner on 13th January, 2025, only after he filed an Application under the Right to Information Act, 2005. 3.

We direct the learned Addl. Government Pleader to ensure that Ms. Ujwala Sapkale files her personal affidavit explaining the above aspects, on or before 3rd April, 2025.
