It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Respondent No. 2 by its order dated 03/01/2025 had determined the cut of date for preparation of provisional voters list as 01/01/2025. 2.

The Petitioner is Class-C Co-operative Society. The Assistant Registrar by the communication dated 25/02/2025 has however called upon the Society to submit list of the voters existing as on 27/02/2023. It is submitted that this amounts to altering the cut of date. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 04/04/2025. 4.
