Mr. Shinde, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner submits that in view of Notification dated 10.07.2025, petitioner is continued to discharge her duties as Sarpanch. 2.

Apparently, petitioner was elected in Election that took place in month of December-2022. The aforesaid Government Notification protects elected representatives, who elected after 01.08.2022.
