Learned Counsel for Respondent No.4 has placed on record a communication dated 8th September, 2025 addressed to Respondent No.4. In SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.09.09 10:31:48 +0530

505-WP-4109-2025.doc the said communication, it is stated that if a fresh proposal is submitted for approval of the appointment of the Petitioners No.1 and 2 as "Shikshan Sevak", the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal. Stand taken by Respondent No.4 is reasonable. 4.

An apprehension is expressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that proposal may not be considered from the date of appointment. We find such apprehension without any merit. Communication dated 8th September, 2025 itself records that proposal which is being considered for approval is for the post of "Shikshan Sevak" which obviously means that the proposal will be considered from the date of petitioners' appointment as "Shikshan Sevak". 5.

In this view of the matter, we direct Petitioner No.3 - Shri Siddheshwar Prathamik School, Solapur to submit a proposal for approval of the appointment of the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 within a period of two weeks from today. In view of the stand taken by Respondent No.4, the said proposal will be considered and decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.
