The Court finds that by orders dated 3rd April 2025 and 2nd May 2025 time has been granted to the respondent no. 5. Since the contest is essentially between the petitioner and the respondent no. 5 as to the liability to pay the taxes for the period the respondent no. 5 was in possession of the demised premises as a sub-lessee, by way of final indulgence, short accommodation is granted.

Post the matter on 17th June 2025 for submissions on behalf of respondent no. 5 and the rest of the respondents. 5.
It is hereby made clear that no request for further adjournment shall be entertained on any count whatsoever. 5.
