This Court by the order dated 5th May 2025 appointed Mr. Kevic Setalvad, learned Senior Counsel as Mediator to settle the dispute between the parties and requested the learned Mediator to submit Interim/Final Mediation Report on or before 8th May 2025. 2.

Pursuant to the said order dated 5th May 2025, learned Mediator has submitted an Interim Mediation Report dated 8th May 2025.

Accordingly, the said Interim Mediation Report is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Petitioner is personally present in the Court and the Respondent is present through Video Conference. Both of them state that they will abide by the tentative schedule annexed to the Interim Mediation Report submitted by the learned Mediator. 5.
