Mr. Agvekar, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent seeks time to file further Affidavit on issue No.(i) formulated in order dated 26 March 2025. As a matter of fact it was expected that the Respondent would file Affidavit on all the three issues formulated by this Court in order dated 26 March 2025. Perusal of the Affidavit-in-Reply filed by the Respondent indicates that the same is silent on the issue as to 'whether the orders passed under the provisions of Sections 14B and 7Q of the Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 can be enforced when the person against whom the same are passed, was dead on the date of passing of the such orders'. By way of last chance, further time of two weeks is granted to file Additional Affidavit-in-Reply.
