The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 on 3rd April 2024 have not been decided till date. The petitioner has therefore filed the present writ petition seeking direction to decide the said proceedings expeditiously. It is informed that the proceedings are now fixed on 15th April 2025 for passing orders.

In case all necessary compliances have been made by the petitioner, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane shall consider the said application filed under Section 14 of the Act of 2002 on its own merits and 1/2 22-WP-4173-2025.doc Dixit

decide the same finally, preferably on 15th April 2025, or within a period of three weeks thereafter.
