These proceedings were kept for compliance. Mr. Reddy informs the Court that substantial progress has been made in regard to the demolition of the illegal construction in question. The correct position of demolition is stated to be as under :- (a) Slabs on 4th and 5th Floor have been removed. (b) As also ground floor commercial structures shelters have been removed and the walls have also been removed. 3.

The documents in regard to removal are placed on record by Mr. Reddy and marked as 'X' for identification.

Mr. Reddy states that the entire work of demolition is in respect of other 17 buildings in which 16 buildings have been demolished and the present building will been also be demolished within a period of two weeks.
