In view of Division Bench judgment of this Court in Jagdish Pitamber Pawar v. Pitamber Pundalik Pawar & Ors. (Writ Petition No.36 of 2023 (Aurangabad Bench), decided on 29 November 2023), the petitioner has remedy of statutory appeal before the Appellate Tribunal.

Hence, by keeping all questions raised by the petitioners open to be agitated before the Appellate Authority, the writ petition stands disposed of.
