The Petitioner is M.A., B.Ed., Ph.D., Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching (P.G.D.T.). According to her, she was high handedly terminated from service on 30th September, 2024. Her statutory appeal before the University and College Tribunal Mumbai, has been filed within limitation. However, since the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal has retired, the proceedings are pending.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that Justice Shrikant D. Kulkarni (retired Judge Bombay High Court) who is the Presiding Officer of the University and College Tribunal at Pune, has been given the Additional Charge of the Tribunal at Mumbai. 3.

In view of the above, let the Registry of the Tribunal place the Petitioner's Appeal No.20 of 2024 before the learned Presiding Officer for adjudication.

We grant liberty to the learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3 to 7, on request, to approach the Tribunal and pray for receiving the copies of the appeal paper book preferred by the Petitioner, so as to file their affidavit in reply and participate in the hearing.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
