It is the contention of learned counsel for the Petitioner that the borrower has trespassed in the property of which possession was taken earlier. On the date fixed for taking repossession, the borrower obstructed the Nayab Tahsildar from taking repossession. The In-charge of the concerned Police Station to provide necessary police protection to the Nayab Tahsildar for taking possession of the secured asset on usual charges. The possession of the PMB
