The Joint Charity Commissioner, by the impugned order dated 7 January 2025, has rejected petitioners' application seeking direction against respondent No.1 to summon Inspector of Public Trust Registration Office to produce record of elections conducted for the Trust, pursuant to the directions given in Change Report No.708 of 2008. While rejecting petitioners' application, the Joint Charity Commissioner granted liberty to the petitioners to file certified copies of additional election record, if deemed necessary during final hearing of the appeal.

Hence, if the petitioners apply for certified copies, the Inspector of Public Trust Registration Office, Solapur shall grant

With this clarification, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
