Considering the fact that the petitioner is aggrieved by a survey report dated 25th November 2022 that has been prepared by the Talathi in exercise of powers conferred under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid survey report by availing a remedy available under the provisions of Section 247 of the Code. On this count we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Keeping all points on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
