One of the contentions urged on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is yet to be declared as a defaulter so as to attract disqualification under the provisions of Section 73CA of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The Revision Application preferred by the petitioner under Section 154 of the Act of 1960 raises a challenge to the notice dated 13th February 2025 that has been issued by the respondent no.2 - Society. The prayer for interim relief is yet to be considered therein.
