The learned Assistant Government Pleader on telephonic instructions of the Tahsildar and Executive Magistrate, Wai submits that the notice dated 27.09.2024 as well as further communication dated 06.03.2025 issued by the Circle Officer, Wai would not be acted upon. Instead, a fresh notice in accordance with law would be issued to the Petitioner. The statement is accepted.
