In both these Petitions, the learned AGPs are instructed to state that the proposals forwarded to the Director of Education by SUNNY THOTE

[925]-[926]-WP-4282-2025-(C).odt the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Division, would be decided within six weeks.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. 4.

Naturally, we expect Respondent No.2 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and deal with the said proposals, within a period of 60 days from today. If there are any objections/deficiencies, the same shall be pointed out to the Management within a period of three weeks from today, and the Management would cure the objections/deficiencies within a period of three weeks, thereafter.

Needless to state, if the State Government approves the creation of posts, fresh proposals can be tendered by the Management with regard to Petitioner No.1 (in both these Petitions), to Respondent No.4. If the State Government disapproves the proposals, liberty to the Petitioners to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law, and all contentions on the said cause of action are kept open.
