The identical grievance of the Petitioners is that the proposals seeking approval to their appointments, are not being accepted by Mr. Mahesh Chothe, Deputy Director Education, Kolhapur.

The learned Addl. G.P. submits that he would not justify such conduct. He assures that if the Management approaches the concerned Officer on 4th April, 2025 and tenders the proposals, the same will be received and official acknowledgments would be issued. We record the said statement. The Management would tender the proposals on 4th April, 2025.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. Respondent No.3 shall deal with the said proposals by following the due procedure laid down in law. All the deficiencies/objections, if any, would be pointed out to the Management within a period of 15 days of the receipt of the proposals. No further deficiencies/objections would be raised. The Management would remove the deficiencies/objections within a period of 15 days. Thereafter, within the further period of 30 days, Respondent No.3 would pass a reasoned order on the said proposals, on their own merits, considering each and every aspect that is required to be verified, including the newspaper publications.
