During the course of hearing, amicable settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner in Writ Petition No.4338 of 2025 - Mangal Atmaram Mokashi and respondent Nos. 5 and 6 - School Management. 2.
The School-Management has filed Writ Petition No.14797 of 2024 against the petitioner in Writ Petition No.4338 of 2025. Both are the only contesting parties in these Petitions. 3.
In terms of the settlement, claim of the petitioner - employee in Writ Petition No.4338 of 2025 has been settled fully and finally at Rs.25,00,000/- to be paid by the School - Management to the petitioner within a period of six months from today.

Mr. Mane, learned Counsel appearing for petitioners in Writ Petition No.14797 of 2024 prays for time of one year to pay such amount, however, at our indulgence, he fairly agrees for six months to pay the amount.

Mr. Mane, learned Counsel, on instructions, submits that first installment of the settlement amount shall be paid to the petitioner on or before 18th February, 2026 and the said amount shall be deposited in this
Court. He further submits that thereafter balance three installments shall be timely deposited in this Court by an interval of one and half month and settlement shall be scrupulously followed by the School Management. 6.
Petitioner in Writ Petition No.4338 of 2025 is personally present in the Court and she is assisted by the learned Counsel. She also agrees to the settlement and the arrangement.

In view of the above, first installment be paid by the SchoolManagement to the petitioner on or before 18th February, 2026. Thereafter, balance settlement amount shall be paid in equal three installments by interval of one and half month. Six months from today shall be the outer limit for depositing/paying the last installment. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.4338 of 2025 shall be entitled to withdraw the amount, so deposited.
